Hello Bologna was created to promote and sell tourism services online to Italian and international business customers of trade fairs and congresses.
Run by a team created within the Travel Division of Bologna Congressi Spa, it offers a comprehensive range of information and commercial services in the hospitality sector.

In particular:
The Information Area provides all the information required to ensure visitors a pleasant stay in the city. These include:
- The main events and initiatives currently being held in Bologna.
- Logistic aspects of getting to and around the city.
- Leisure time: culture, shopping, relaxation and a large section devoted to cuisine with a complete listing of Bologna restaurants divided up by type, area, price and culinary speciality.
- Booking guided tours.
The Commercial Area allows web users to make all the bookings necessary for their trip to Bologna:
- Booking hotels at concessionary rates even outside the periods of events.
- Purchase of tourism packages (e.g. transport, hotel, guided tours / tickets for exhibitions and concerts).
- Purchase of scheduled and low-cost air tickets.
- Booking car park spaces at Guglielmo Marconi airport.
- Booking single admissions to Marconi Business Lounge.
- Purchase of car rental service.
To cater for the specific requirements of the trade fair/congress user target, a Reserved area has been set up for certain categories of users (trade fair and congress organisers, exhibitors, etc.). This area is fully customisable according to the user's requirements and the graphic characteristics of the event and can be used for booking services at concessionary rates.
